What is the qualification required to take Bihar NMMS scholarship?

Applicant Academic Session:- In 2023-24, the schools run by the State/Governmentized/Raj Government/Government of India grant (except Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Sainik School, Kendriya Vidyalaya and residential schools and private schools run by the Central/State Government) Class VIII students of recognized aided minority/madrasa and Sanskrit schools can apply. The student who is enrolled in class VIII with 55 percent marks and is studying duly.
There will be 5% relaxation in passing class-VII for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students.
Students who have passed class VII with 55% or more marks and are studying in class VIII in the session 2022-23. (There will be a relaxation of 5% for SC and ST category students) All those students whose total annual income of their parents from all sources does not exceed Rs 3.5 lakh.
The student finally selected in National Income-cum-Merit Scholarship will have to pass Class-VIII examination with minimum 55%.
There will be 5% relaxation for SC and ST category students.
