Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana : 2024 Start Date: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced the launch of Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana for women living in Delhi. This announcement was made by the Finance Minister of Delhi on March 4, 2024 while presenting the budget for the financial year 2024-25, under which it was said that to empower the women of the state, under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana, all the beneficiary women will be given ₹ 1000 every month.

The main objective of Delhi Government behind starting Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana is to make women financially strong. Women often depend on others for their minor needs, hence the government wants to make women empowered and self-reliant by providing an assistance amount of ₹ 1000 every month. Benefits of Chief Minister Mahila Samman Yojana

Approval has been given to start the Chief Minister Mahila Samman Yojana.
Under this scheme, the government will provide assistance of ₹ 1000 every month i.e. ₹ 12000 annually to women.
This amount will be transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiary women through DBT.

To avail the benefits of Chief Minister Mahila Samman Yojana, women should be permanent residents of Delhi.
Only women have been given eligibility to register under this scheme.
Women whose age is above 18 years can apply under this scheme.
Such women who are working in government job or any government post will not get the benefit of this scheme.
Those women who are income tax payers will not be able to avail the benefits of this scheme.

Delhi Government has announced the launch of Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana on March 4, 2024, but till now this scheme has not been implemented in Delhi.
